Invite the people who work with you, whether a vet, a partner or staff, and decide whether they can edit the information or only view it. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Email invitations, no shared passwords
As the operation owner, you invite someone with their email. If they don't have an account yet, they get an email to set a password; if they already do, they get a notice that they now have access to your operation.
Each invitee signs in with their own account, and if they have access to more than one operation they can switch between them from the same login.
Two access levels, simple to manage
Each invitee can have edit permission or be set to view-only. You choose the level when you invite them and can change it anytime from your operation's settings.
With edit access they can add horses, health records, breeding services and events just like you. In view-only mode they see all the information but can't change anything.
Built for a real breeding operation's team
The vet making the rounds can log health treatments directly, without you having to transcribe anything afterward. A partner can follow the operation's status without asking you for an updated spreadsheet.
You stay in control
Only the operation's owner manages who has access and at what level. You can add or remove invitees whenever you need, without affecting the rest of your operation's information.
